Pelatihan Strategi Branding dan Promosi Online bagi Pengusaha Pemula Melalui Marketplace dan Platform Sosial Media di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan komprehensif kepada para pengusaha pemula dalam mengoptimalkan strategi branding dan promosi online melalui marketplace dan platform media sosial. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang dengan fokus utama meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan digital bagi siswa jurusan bisnis daring dan pemasaran. Metode kegiatan meliputi ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung pembuatan akun bisnis, simulasi konten promosi digital, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 82% terhadap konsep branding digital, dan peningkatan kemampuan promosi online sebesar 78%. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan literasi digital dan kepercayaan diri peserta dalam menjalankan strategi pemasaran modern berbasis teknologi.
